Recruitment Chair
Active recruiting throughout the year helps the pack stay at a healthy size. This position works with the committee and pack leadership to develop plans and strategies to recruit throughout the year and during the prime recruitment season just before and just after school starts.
The recruitment chair is responsible for organizing our yearly open house in the last part of August/ first part of September. This event is an opportunity for our pack to showcase our program and scouting in general. We invite all those families interested in joining our pack for a quick look at who we are and to provide an opportunity to get questions answered from many in pack leadership, including den leaders, cubmaster (and assistants), as well as many in the committee.
