Having trouble with your online access? Scoutbook not working right for you, don't see your kids? YPT training not showing up where you expect it? Reach out to the SHAC (Sam Houston Area Council) support services team at 576volunteersupport@scouting.org and explain to them what you need. It is best to include your member id, if you can log in and see it from my.scouting.org, see the screenshot on the right (maybe below if on a mobile?)

The below is provided as historical reference. 

Whether you have a new scout (top of page) or a returning scout (scroll down on page), you can find the list of necessary items to turn in and forms here! These are for the 2018-2019 school year but shouldn't change much for the upcoming year. Feel free to use these older forms if you don't see the current forms.

Forms for New Scouts

Forms Required for New Scouts and Families

1. New family checklist (please bring this with you when you turn in your forms but you get to keep it)

2. Youth BSA Application (online or paper.  For paper forms, contact WoodlandsPack883@gmail.com).

3. Pack Dues form.  Only one per family. 

4. Check for Dues (again, if you have paid online through BSA, please talk to us so we can figure out what you owe). We do accept credit card payments in person at most of our pack events

5. Informed Consent and Release (Part A) and Medical History (Part B) for EVERY FAMILY MEMBER PARTICIPATING.

6. A copy of insurance card covering the scout.

8. Family Talent Survey (complete online). 

9. Youth Protection Training Certificate (email certificate or bring in paper form to Committee Meeting or Skills Day).  Complete training only online.
